In the next 3 years, Romanian Angel Appeal and its partners will support the public authorities in the process of facilitating the access and improving the services in the area of prevention and support intervention for PLHIV. We will be coordinating a national advocacy campaign aiming at raising the financial sustainability and increasing the efficiency for the HIV programs in Romania. Bearing in mind that the right to prevention and treatment for HIV is a basic human right, we aim at promoting this right for the key and vulnerable populations in Romania
