Since she was just a child July’s attention was directed to the people, trying to understand, empathize with them (as she later learned that it says) and to help when they are in difficulty or suffering. Therefore in 1996 she took a degree in Social Work at the University Al.I. Cuza in Iași. It has proven to be a good choice because after for the next 20 years she was felt as being the right person at the right job, working as a social worker and then coordinating projects and social programs of health care for disadvantaged people affected by chronic diseases.

Since 1999 she is working with Romanian Angel Appeal team, initially in the day ward of HIV / AIDS from the Infectious Diseases Hospital in Galati( “Sunflower – Smile”) and starting with 2004, along with the whole team in Bucharest. She implemented and coordinated medical, psychosocial and educational projects for vulnerable people, affected by HIV / AIDS, tuberculosis, young people with mild mental disabilities, unemployed people, etc. Those projects have offered her challenges and rewards and made from her a better individual and a more professional one.

Because July consider continuous training very important she completed her professional training by participating to courses of project manager, expert in accessing structural funds (authorized by the National Authority for Qualifications) and another courses in psychosocial field.
