The RAA organization’s team consists in full-time hired professionals within the office from Bucharest. These are responsible for the coordination and for the quality of the developed programs.
The RAA foundation benefits, besides constant employees, from a rich, theoretical and practical experience of contributors made up by clinicians, doctors, lectors, consultants and field operators for behavioral and impact studies.
The interventions’ quality and the programs created and developed by the RAA organization is guaranteed not only by management quality system implementation, also by monitoring and initial, intermediate and final evaluations of the entire activities, and by special attention given to continuous training of the employees.
